Surrounded by olive trees and sheltered by the masseria’s ancient architecture, the swimming pool is one of the most loved places by our guests. Restaurant
The in-house restaurant celebrates the most authentic Salento cuisine. Each dish is prepared with local, seasonal ingredients, produce from the territory, and the olive oils and wines from our own estate. Olive Oil & Wine Tastings
Our guided tastings allow guests to discover the agricultural soul of the masseria. The organic extra virgin olive oil and the “Primitivo di Manduria” wines become the protagonists of a sensory journey that tells the story of the family’s farming heritage and the richness of the land.
